ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the risk management team, the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor will have the primary role of ensuring the maintenance of HSE management systems. The position holder will collaborate with various departments within the company to promote best practices and HSE compliance. The role will also involve supporting teams in the implementation of various HSE programs.

The selected candidate’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining health, safety, and environment programs;
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards;
  • Conducting audits and inspections related to health, safety, and environment;
  • Recording and addressing non-conformities as well as corrective action requests, and ensuring follow-up;
  • Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to advance HSE-related matters;
  • Analyzing and reviewing incident reports and proposing corrective actions;
  • Supervising and supporting workers on temporary assignment;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of prevention activities;
  • Creating and delivering health, safety, and environment training;
  • Actively promoting prevention measures on the field and raising worker awareness of best practices;
  • Performing any other related duties.
