Your job

  • Define and implement strategies to identify and attract talent
  • Create talent pools by building lasting relationships (proactive hunting)
  • Anticipate problems and recommend action plans accordingly
  • Be involved in the strategic dimension of talent acquisition
  • Advise managers and candidates during the recruitment process
  • Contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition 
  • Offer a human and inclusive candidate experience
  • Participate in the influence of the NBC and identify potential profiles
  • Contribute to the improvement of co-development processes and activities

Prerequisite

  • Bachelor’s degree completed with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in headhunting/sourcing and talent acquisition
  • Experience in creating talent pools and measuring pool performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills: demonstrated leadership, ability to influence and negotiate, rigor, creativity and sense of innovation
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting role with management in large companies
  • Ability to work in synergy with the team and partners
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
