Sr. IT Manager responsible for planning, implementing, and managing IT systems/infrastructure & ERP systems.

Location: Markham – Hybrid

Permanent position

International Travel: 25-30%

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies and initiatives in alignment with corporate objectives.
Ensure the reliability and integrity of IT systems and data through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and service providers.
Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Lead the enhancement and optimization of the ERP system.
Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with corporate and industry cybersecurity requirements, such as NIST and CMMC.
Develop roadmap for the enterprise network, outlining strategic objectives and milestones.
Oversee the design and implementation of network solutions, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, and firewalls.
Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Manage a team of 3-4 resources.

Must Haves:

8+ years as an IT Manager
Experienced in managing Infrastructure components: networks, servers, storage, and security protocols, SEM/SIEMs, IPDS, Firewalls, TLS/SSL Encryption applications/devices.
Information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
Any ERP: SAP or Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field
