Our utilities client is seeking a Sr Scrum Master Lead to be a part of Enterprise Solutions and Analytics leadership team to lead the Scrum group in the DevOps model – 21108

Initially a 12-month contract to start. 37.5 hrs/week. Local candidates preferred, open to remote candidate who can work PST hours.

Must Have:

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master
• Have worked as or acted as Agile Coach; ability to coach Scrum Masters and development teams on Agile principles and best practices.
• Public sector or utilities experience

Responsibilities:

• The Lead Scrum Master facilitates and champions the agile software development process by coaching and mentoring the Scrum Masters, development teams, identifying and eliminating impediments, and promoting the use of standards and best practices.
• The Lead of Scrum Master ensures smooth operation of agile processes and activities, and is responsible for setting the framework for scrum ceremonies.
• The Lead Scrum Master should personify Scrum and Agile and they will guide and coach the Scrum Teams and the organization on how to best use Agile/Scrum practices to exceed customers’ expectations and meet ERP program goals.
