Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to support Real Estate and Property Managment client / end users

Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to support Real Estate and Property Managment client / end users.

Looking for candidates that are ok with 5 days on site, staggered shifts and on-call rotation. Not negotiable.

Must-Haves

– 8+ years of Windows Desktop and Application Support experience.

– Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation, auditing, and system changes.

– Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

– Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune, AutoPilot, AutoComplete, and PatchMyPC.

– Experience with Cisco Meraki platform and TCP/IP stack understanding.

Nice-to-Haves:

– Project management experience in mid-sized organizations.

– Azure application registration and MFA/SSO configuration expertise.

– Strong technical documentation skills for training and operational use.

Responsibilities:

– Implement IT solutions for seamless business operations and system optimization.

– Guide and support technical staff, fostering continuous improvement in problem resolution.

– Develop and document operational processes to enhance service delivery.

– Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents and ensure compliance.

– Perform after-hours on-call support as part of a rotation.

– Maintain security standards through patch management, MFA enforcement, and Azure app oversight.
