Position: Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To effectively assist the Store Manager in the execution of his/her duties in order to achieve the company’s goals.
  • To help the store manager meet his budget and exceed his sales objectives.
  • Assist the Manager in controlling the hours budget without exceeding the determined plan
  • Assist the Manager with the recruitment, hiring and training of candidates who will meet the high standards and integrity of the company
  • Ensure associates are trained to provide outstanding customer service.

Skills:

  • Must have a proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Experience in a similar position
  • At least 2-5 years experience in a retail environment
