The client is looking for a Human Resources Consultant who will be responsible for coaching and advising managers and employees on employee relations and the application of various other human resources areas. This role is based in the beautiful community of Havre Saint Pierre, Quebec.

General Requirements:

• Are you willing to relocate to Havre Saint Pierre for the job?
• Do you have experience in HR management and industrial relations?
• Do you have experience in HR management in a unionized environment?
• Do you have knowledge of provincial labour and employment standards legislation, as well as provincial human rights legislation?
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• “Fluency” in spoken and written French and basic knowledge of English is required to service English speaking employees.
