The Team
Join our Facilities, Fleet, and Business Continuity Team, an experienced group of seven professionals working remotely across the province to improve BC Wildfire Service workspaces. The Role
The Project Management Analyst supports program projects by developing workflows, managing business continuity and lease requirements, and tracking budgets, helping improve efficiency and decision-making. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, inclusive environment, fostering collaboration with diverse teams and independent project work.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, public administration, or a related field and 1 year of related experience; OR
- Diploma in project management, business administration, public administration, or a related field and 2 years related experience; OR
- Certificate or coursework in project management or a related field and 3 years related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Related experience includes the following:
- Experience managing projects and/or project components.
- Experience directing the work of contracted and/or staff resources.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Procurement experience
- Experience managing resources
- Financial management experience.

About this Position:
This position can be based in any BC Wildfire Service office. The locations listed above are to assist applicants in searching for this opportunity and are not a complete list of locations.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement. Flexible work options may not be available during emergency operations response periods.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
