Job description:
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead and implement a PMO framework for a large-scale SAP Transformation Program. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. The Program Manager will be responsible for detailed project planning, including timeline, milestones, and resource allocation, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Key responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead the development and implementation of the PMO framework for the SAP Transformation Program.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Change Management: Oversee change management processes, including communication strategies and training plans.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
- Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Required Skills
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP implementations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
