We are seeking an experienced and dynamic LC/Project Manager to provide critical project leadership for our Radio Access (RA) Indoor MR assignments. The ideal candidate will drive radio projects from early systemization to production ramp-up in the factory, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality radio products to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive radio projects with end-to-end responsibility, overseeing all phases from early systemization to production ramp-up in the factory.
  • Ensure successful delivery of radio products to the market, meeting commitments in terms of time, scope, cost, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Drive technology and product leadership through innovative approaches and strategic thinking.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the radio access domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Infuse new Ways of Working (WoW) and ideas to optimize workflows and find efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and promote best practices in project management and product development.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Challenge the status quo and encourage innovative thinking within the team.
  • Share knowledge, learnings, and best practices with other team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting their professional growth and enhancing overall team capabilities.
  • Drive radio projects with end-to-end responsibility, overseeing all phases from early systemization to production ramp-up in the factory.
  • Ensure successful delivery of radio products to the market, meeting commitments in terms of time, scope, cost, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment among all project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project status updates and escalate issues as needed.


Required Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically in radio access technologies or telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex radio projects from conception to production.
  • Strong understanding of radio access technologies, particularly in indoor MR applications.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with 5G and other emerging radio access technologies.
  • Familiarity with factory production processes and optimization techniques.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align technical projects with business objectives.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving technological landscape.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
