Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world is looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager to manage transformation and modernization projects related to infrastructure and ERP.
Location: Markham – Hybrid – 3 days onsite
PERMANENT POSITION
International Travel: 25-30%
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years in IT project management
- Transformation and modernization projects related to infrastructure and ERP.
- PMP
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Agile, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications
