What to Expect:
The Regional People Experience Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting all stores across Canada by driving key People Experience (PX) initiatives. This individual will partner closely with all stores across Canada and will deliver impactful solutions when issues arise. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, solution-oriented, excellent written communication, and proficient in Excel. Additionally, the individual will need to have the ability to multi-task and lead PX initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and effective customer service, maintaining responsiveness within 24 hours to our client group

Collaborate with senior PX leaders to guide management through key organizational updates and new structure projects.

Support recruitment efforts for specific roles, ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization.

Execute strategic initiatives, and support the design and implementation of PX solutions that drive business outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders at all levels, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Contribute to strategic learning and development programs by identifying opportunities and facilitating training to enhance organizational capability.

Partner with management to resolve employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to both staff and leaders; collaborate with legal counsel as necessary.
Key Personal Characteristics:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a fact-based decision-making approach. They will exhibit strong influence and diplomacy skills, combined with the courage and vision to drive change. Innovation, adaptability, and agility are essential to succeed in this dynamic role.
Professional Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience in areas such as employee relations, training and development, coaching, change management, and recruitment.

Strong business acumen with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of building and sustaining robust internal and external partnerships.

Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with HR technologies.

Positive, resourceful, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.

Highly organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.

In-depth knowledge of HR practices and applicable laws, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
