Job Description: The Associate is responsible for ensuring all work in the Safety Centre is in alignment with the organization’s missions, goals, values and strategic plans to promote high quality and safe client and staff care. This position works with and trains the Safety Coordinators while overseeing database development and operations for both existing safety systems (Incident Report Line) and the new Safety Alert System database. The Associate is responsible for system performance, taking corrective action where necessary to ensure functionality, utilization and availability of the Safety Centre 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Experience
- One (1) year leadership experience
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
