In this role, you will:
- Provide general office support and assistance
- Answer phones, screen and redirect calls
- Provide information to telephone and reception staff
- Verify and enter data
- Prepare correspondence
- File documents and e-mails
- Order office supplies
- Prepare contracts, purchase orders, etc.
- Open and update files
- Open and distribute mail and e-mails
- All other related tasks
