Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is looking for a Manager to join our National A&A Team, and own the following responsibilities:
*** This role can be based anywhere in Canada ***
- Create engaging courses tailored to our Assurance and Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) service lines delivered through web-based training (e-Learning), virtual and in-person classroom training and blended programs (virtual pre-requisites for live courses);
- Update and teach course content to Staff Accountants, Auditors In Charge and Managers at live milestone training events;
- Collaborate with others in National A&A and A&A Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in practice offices regarding planning and scoping requirements for such courses;
- Maintain expert knowledge in the usage of e-learning development software, and keep current with innovative and leading-edge trends / developments;
- Manage and maintain library of courses on Workday Learning and the Assurance and BSO Learning Paths while working closely with National Learning and Development team.
- Assist in the planning, management, and execution of projects to support the implementation of the learning strategy.

Your experience and education
- You have obtained a CPA designation
- You have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
