What is the opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities has an exciting opportunity on a top-performing Advisory team in our main downtown Vancouver branch for an experienced, self-motivated and collaborative Senior Associate / Associate Advisor.

What will you do?
- Youll be the primary contact for a small number of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families
- Youll collaborate closely with team members and external advisors on a daily basis
- Depending on your expertise and interest, you may be asked to lead other components of the practice

- Quarterly one-on-one coaching with team leaders, plus quarterly team building events, including an annual off-site retreat

- You can work independently, but thrive within a team that operates onsite 5 days a week

The expected base salary range for this position is $38,000 – $55,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn considerably more through RBCs robust discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
