Our client is seeking a Intermediate Service Desk Analyst to assist with Print/Copier services, including hardware and software support
Candidates must be located in Victoria. Must have own vehicle. Hybrid work model of on-site, in office and from home
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role focusing on Printer/Copier services
- 2+ years of experience supporting Windows OS, MS office products, and Network support
- The ability to lift 75lbs (when required)
Nice to have:
- A+ Certification or any of the following: HP, Toshiba, Networking+, and MCSE
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote break/fix support on network infrastructures for hardware and software on servers, workstations and copiers/printers
- Investigating, troubleshooting, problem solving and resolving technical related issues including root cause analysis, testing and documentation.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing client service issues
- Update technical documentation including system configurations, application integration, etc
- Providing Print Sales Support
- Consulting and providing basic end user training on workstations, copiers and printers
