Our client is seeking a Intermediate Service Desk Analyst to assist with Print/Copier services, including hardware and software support

Candidates must be located in Victoria. Must have own vehicle. Hybrid work model of on-site, in office and from home

Must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role focusing on Printer/Copier services
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Windows OS, MS office products, and Network support
  • The ability to lift 75lbs (when required)

Nice to have:

  • A+ Certification or any of the following: HP, Toshiba, Networking+, and MCSE
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote break/fix support on network infrastructures for hardware and software on servers, workstations and copiers/printers
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, problem solving and resolving technical related issues including root cause analysis, testing and documentation.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing client service issues
  • Update technical documentation including system configurations, application integration, etc
  • Providing Print Sales Support
  • Consulting and providing basic end user training on workstations, copiers and printers
